How to prevent coronary artery disease
- Eat a diet low in saturated fats like plant-based proteins, fruits, vegetables
- Exercise at least 30 minutes daily
- Quit tobacco consumption and limit the alcohol consumption
- Keep in control if there is diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol.
